The 2024 WMSL season kicked off this week with a pair of exhibition games.
TORONTO, ON, May 26, 2024 – While the wait for the official kick-off of the 2024 WMSL season is still a few days away, 4 teams were in action this past week already.
The London Thrashers hosted the Hamilton Bengals in a mid-week bash on Wednesday May 22 at 8pm at Nichols arena. It was a hard fought battle with the Bengals coming out on top.
The Arthur Aces battled the Mimico Mountaineers on Saturday May 25 at 2pm. Arthur was victorious 3-2.
The exhibition games offered each team a chance to trim their roster a final time before opening day rosters. The 2024 WMSL regular season is scheduled to start June 8th in Whitby.
